Not a great photo. Shutter speed was actually something closer to 1/25,000 or so, using CHDK to override the camera shutter speed. I'm sure the aperture was also smaller than what it will say in the EXIF. Setup was just a bowl with water, lots of food colouring and a something to drop the water in, plus flash and lighting. Wasn't a very successful photo session. Adjusted colours and cropped in Photoshop.
