IMPORTANT: I will no longer be updating this theme or supporting it. It’s simply here for those that want to use it for something. What this means, is that you can do whatever you please with it. Completely rip it apart for all I care. :)

Free “as-is” WordPress theme with valid XHTML and CSS. This theme is perfect (and specifically created for) for personal blogs. It includes all the files necessary to run the theme, except plugin files, in which the user will have to get themselves.

suchislife is a two column theme with the sidebar on the left. It is grey, white, pink and blue. See a screenshot below.

suchislife works with WordPress 2.2, 2.1 and 2.0. Also available in French.

1. Can I modify or build upon this theme as I please?
Yes, you can. suchislife is provided as-is, so there probably needs to be a bit of work done.

2. Can I remove the credit link?
Since suchislife is provided as-is and was a fairly lazy job on my part, you can remove the credit link. I would of course appreciate it if you left it.

3. Can I translate your theme, then distribute it?
Of course! The more translations there are, the better it will be for others to use it. Please let me know via my contact page so I can add the download link to this page.

4. Can I distribute my modifications?
Sure, why not? They’re your modifications just based from what I did. It would be nice if you released it under the same license, of course.

5. Does suchislife use plugins or widgets?
Unfortunately, suchislife isn’t widgetized, but it does work out-of-the-box with some plugins. Read the readme online or in the download to find out more about which plugins.

6. Is there a demo of this theme?
Not right at the moment. I will eventually have a demo online. In the meantime, you can check out canelinha.net/blog/ or diatriba.de. Both are using suchislife at the current time.
