Was hoping you'd drop a comment here, Adii. ;) Though your comment wasn't showing properly because of the links. I'll have to see to that later on.

Anyway, thanks for the input! It helps a lot, especially since you're talking from experience there.

Nyssa, I say go for Premium Themes! :) I've found that there's massive gaps in this market and people are willing to pay $50 - $100 for quality themes, that'll give them more exclusivity.

My Premium News Theme has been selling very well indeed, which means that for the past week, I've earned a nice steady flow of passive incomce, without having to put any more work into it (except of course all the support / customization e-mails)... Essentially I'm saying - GO FOR IT! :) You're definitely good enough and you know WP well, so you'll be an instant hit.

A good idea is perhaps to start out with Unique Blog Designs and then take things from there.

Hey Faridee, it's good to see you comment! ;) I know you read and that's fine by me. As long as someone is reading, I'm more than happy. =D

And thank you for such an in depth comment. It all made perfect sense to me and definitely helps with my decision making!

Keep your eyes peeled for the next design. It's completely different from this one. =)

Hello Nyssy... you know how much i love your work, and you also know i don't comment around here too often, but im sure you know i read you on a very regular basis. With that being said i think this particular post is a good opportunity to remind you of how much i love your work, you are an eternal source of inspiration and you are really creative and may i say, extremely well organized. Every single update i see in your themes has always been for the better.

I am in love with this theme, this is pretty much how i would like my blog to look like, but since i have no idea on how to css or php i just get help and do the "design/image" for myself.

I dont know if this helps on your wondering but if i saw, lets say, this particular theme that you have now, for sale, and it wasnt really expensive, i would deffo buy it. But for example, you have some free themes for download, i see them and they`re no different (in my opinion) to the ones already available for download for free in the WP themes database, so i wouldnt spend my money on them.

I have no idea if im making myself clear hahahaha, but i hope you get a little bit of the point :)
With that being said, i love your work, and im really looking forward on what you come up with next time. If i had 100 AUD i would buy it :D.

Yeah, I've read a few things about it, though I'm not 100% sure on my stance on it yet. It's a good idea though.

As for donations, it's hard to come up with something from that as I've only ever received one donation and that wasn't even for a WordPress theme itself lol

Wasn't Matt of Wordpress thinking about starting a pay-for theme database?

Anyhoo, I don't have a problem with bought themes. You should look at how much you get from donations and see what people are willing to give, then work out a price from that. Single user rights themes would be different, though, and people would be more willing to pay for that.

Do both :)
