I’ve been sick all week with a cold and a half. Sore throat, ear aches, runny nose. Naturally, I’ve put this weeks design on hold. I managed to start it today though, thankfully, right before the week ends. I was feeling much better this morning, though this afternoon, my cough and nose took a turn and is pretty bad again. I can hardly breath properly, and if I cough a little too much, I feel nauseous. To make it worse, it’s a dry cough, which has absolutely no purpose but to annoy me. I would much rather a chesty cough… at least it would be productive.

I also wanted to get some posts out this week, but since being sick, I just haven’t feel like it. I’ve mostly been playing around with photos and reading a book (Not Without My Sister - a truly sickening and disturbing book which follows the lives of three sisters that were raised in The Children of God, now known as The Family International - if you don’t know what or who they are, Google it for information). That’s about the extent of my week. On the other hand, on the weekend gone, I did some “freelance photography”. My mother volunteers for the Australian Air Force Cadets and they had a dine in night to toast the Queen. I have apparently become their “official photographer”. They want me for other events too, though I’m unsure as to why. My photography isn’t the best there is! If only I had that 40D…

After I’ve completed this next design, I’m starting on a WordPress theme. At least, that is the plan. Something might get in the way, who knows, but I do hope so! It has been a while since I’ve truly done something just to do it. I also have an idea for a community/blog site targeted at people that suffer with anxiety disorders (social, general etc). I started a design for it a little while ago, though haven’t continued with it, but it is something I would like to seriously do some day, if time and money permits. If you know anyone that suffers with an anxiety disorder (or did in the past) that would perhaps be interested in such a project, let them know. I’d like to see if anyone has any interest in this or not.
